The Covid-19 pandemic being (for the moment) behind us, it is time to start graphing medical data again.

Unfortunately, it is certain that many scourges affect different populations around the world. Choosing something is therefore more or less difficult because the data must be updated regularly.

While reading here and there about the different pathologies, I came across articles related to monkeypox. What dictated my choice was the presence of a regularly updated data source. I am talking here about “https://catalog.ourworldindata.org” and more specifically the following file “https://catalog.ourworldindata.org/explorers/who/latest/monkeypox/monkeypox.csv"

I based myself on the latter to start creating my first treemap on the subject (available in the “Medical graphs/Monkeypox” section).

Others will be created and based on different types of graphs.
